  • EXPRESS NAIL FIXING: express Nail is a one piece sprung steel, hammer set anchor for attaching timber framework and battens to blockwork, brick, concrete and other types of masonry.
  • KEY FEATURES: Express Nail Anchor made of yellow Zinc Plated Hardened Spring Steel, nail sleeve is hammered in and expands its entire length in the hole, The collar holds the item to be attached, no screwing is required.
  • INSTALATION: Compared to traditional masonry fixings, it is extremely quick to install and very easy. Simply drill the required hole through both fixture and substrate, then insert the express nail and hammer into until flush.
  • SPECIFICATIONS: pin diameter- 6mm, pin length- 80mm, hole/drill diameter- 6mm, minimum anchoring depth- 30mm, the maximum thickness of the material to be fixed- 50mm, pin material Steel, product coating- Zn.
