Usage Guide:

Before Application:

1. Ensure that the surface you intend to tape is clean, dry, and free from dust, dirt, oil, or any other contaminants.
2. Avoid applying the masking tape to surfaces with loose paint.

Application:

1. Start by gently unrolling the masking tape from the roll, being careful not to stretch or tear it.
2. Apply the tape smoothly and firmly onto the surface, ensuring that it adheres completely and evenly.
3. Use a smoothing tool or your fingers to press down the edges of the tape firmly to prevent paint bleed.
4. Apply paint, taking care not to overload the tape with excessive paint.

Removal:

1. Allow the paint to dry before removing the masking tape.
2. When removing the tape, do so slowly and carefully at a 45-degree angle to the surface.
3. Due to the low tack nature of this tape, it may be necessary to peel it back with extra care to prevent tearing or paint damage.
4. If any resistance is felt during removal, stop and use a utility knife to carefully score along the edge of the tape to prevent damage to the painted surface.
5. Dispose of the used masking tape responsibly.

Storage:

1. Store the masking tape in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
2. Avoid storing the tape in humid or damp conditions as this may affect its adhesive properties.

Important Notes:

1. This masking tape is formulated with a low tack adhesive specifically for use on recently painted surfaces. Always test a small inconspicuous area first to ensure compatibility and adhesion.
2. While our masking tape is designed to be left on for up to 31 days, humidity, temperature, and the type of paint used could potentially reduce the optimal duration. Therefore, it's advisable to check the condition of the tape periodically and remove it promptly if any signs of adhesive residue or difficulty in removal are observed. 
3. This masking tape has a temperature rating of up to 110 degrees Celsius. Avoid exposing it to temperatures exceeding this limit as it may affect its performance.
4. In the unlikely event of adhesive residue remaining on the surface after removal, gently wipe it away with a clean, damp cloth or use an appropriate adhesive remover.

Bulky items (clearly marked on each product page) carry a £29.99/€29.99 delivery charge. These will be delivered on a pallet by courier.

Please note: pallet deliveries are left outside the premises. Couriers are not permitted to enter homes or buildings.

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a second email with your tracking or delivery details.

Please ensure that all deliveries are checked for damages before signing for them.

All orders delivered within Ireland and Northern Ireland include all fees and duties, except for bulky items, which carry the €29.99/£29.99 delivery charge as stated above.

Our Click & Collect service is free.

Simply place your order online and collect from our store in Naas, Co. Kildare.

We aim to have your order ready within 2 hours, and you’ll receive an email notification once it’s ready for collection.

If you wish to return an item, it must be unused and in its original packaging. Returns can be made in-store or by post within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
