Where we have delivered an order to you, the order can be returned to us and we will of course organise a refund (but excluding the delivery costs). Please contact our customer service team prior to returning the goods quoting your order referencing number.

If a product is found to be defective, please return it immediately. We will deliver a new one or we will refund you the cost of the product. On opening the delivery should you discover any breakages or damages then report these to us on our contact details within 24 hours of the delivery, quoting your customer order reference number. The cost of returning the product will be refunded to you.
We will exchange or refund you where you are not completely happy with a product. In order for us to be able to do this for you, a number of conditions must be satisfied. The original condition & packaging of the product must be returned, the original labels, warranty cards, certificates and all items MUST be in be original conditions.
