All prices and all promotions of goods or services are subject to availability and change. Prices are quoted in Euro and are inclusive VAT at the applicable rate.
When you place an order on the website the price stipulated is the price of the product. All pricing information is correct to the best of our ability.
We are entitled to make modifications to these prices to correct inaccuracies on the website or to take account of changes from our supplier’s prices, or changes to indirect taxes (VAT) or imposition of new taxes or to make changes to promotions, offers, special deals without notice.
Product Descriptions on the Website.
Product descriptions and any other related material such as drawings, product specifications, pictures, colours and advertisements are for the purpose of providing an approximate description of the products including measurements. Ordering from the Website.
An order placed by you on the website is deemed to be an offer to purchase. Until you are in receipt of an acceptance email of the order from Ted Johnsons then and only then does the order become accepted by Ted Johnsons. Retention of this email is advised as this is your receipt acknowledgement. An order
placed is subject to these Terms.
Delivery of orders placed from the Website.
Our aim is to deliver an order in 3 to 5 working days from the date the order was accepted. We delivery to the island of Ireland and regret that we can’t accept orders for delivery outside of the island of Ireland. At present we do not deliver on weekends or on bank holidays. Products are subject to availability, some delays may occur outside of our control and therefore a delivery date may be approximate only. If the delivery is delayed greater than 28 days then you have the right to refuse the delivery. Should this ever arise we will refund you what you have paid for the products and the delivery only. We will not be liable for any losses in any format should we delay in supplying these products ordered.
Our delivery service is door to door and where you are not available our agent will deliver to another occupant at that address or to a near neighbour on your behalf.
When a product is received by you then all the risk of damage or loss of the product is transferred to you.
Returns and Cancellations on the Web Site
As a consumer you have a statutory right to return goods (other than perishable, customised / specifically commissioned or made to order goods) when you complete an online purchase up to 7 days after receiving your order.
It is possible to change or cancel an order on the Ted Johnson Ltd on line retail store up until the order is dispatched from our logistics department. To do so please call our Customer Service team and remember to quote your order reference number. We do adhere to a strict policy of notification of damages and faults. We must be notified within 24 hours after the signed delivery. We will not process any claims until the original items are received and verified.

Products available on the website will be of a technical nature. Official supplier instruction manuals will be provided and you must agree to read and follow these details carefully on all items contained within. The information contained on the website is not intended to be comprehensive and therefore if you are inexperienced in usage you should seek expert advice.
