Rocol Spatter Release Spray has been formulated to allow easy removal of weld spatter from metal surfaces, nozzles, jigs and fixtures. Heat-resistant barrier film that prevents the adhesion of weld spatter. Non silicone - does not affect subsequent galvanising or paint operations. Will not interfere with weld formation. Non-corrosive, water-washable, Water washable and biodegradable.

Directions for storage and use:

Storage temperature should be kept below 50C. Storage area should be out of direct sunlight. If stored in accordance with the above guidelines, shelf life is 3 years from date of manufacture. Hold as near upright as possible whilst spraying. Apply a thin even film from a distance of 20 - 25 cm to the area near where the weld is to be made. Spatter can be easily removed from the work surfaces by wiping with a cloth or from the welding nozzle by tapping it on the side of the bench.
