DeWalt DEWDCMHT562N 18V Cordless 55cm 19mm Hedge Trimmers is a lightweight hedge trimmer gives you the convenience of petrol, with the noise level of corded. DEWALT knows that much of the time hedge trimmers are used above chest/shoulder height which increases the effective weight of any tool, so they made the blade longer at 55cm, and greatly reduced the weight by using lightweight materials. It has a wraparound-type auxiliary handle that lets the user hold the tool in the same place regardless of the orientation.

This DCMHT562 comes without batteries or charger but the trimmer is compatible with any of the DEWALT 18V or 54V XR power tool batteries, making this an ideal purchase for tradesmen with hedges at home. The blades on the DCMHT562 have been laser cut from steel for greater accuracy and then hardened to allow the blades to retain their edge for longer. The gap between the blades allows you to cut branches up to a diameter of 19mm.
